b9bd Responsible Gaming —
Your safety is our priority
Gaming should be a source of fun. At b9bd, we make sure every player can enjoy gaming safely and mindfully, knowing their own limits.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online gaming is a great form of entertainment for many people. From cricket betting to slot games — the experience is enjoyable only when it is done in a controlled and mindful way. b9bd believes gaming should always be for fun — not as a sole means of earning money.
Responsible gaming means keeping full control over your time and money, knowing when to stop, and not letting gaming take priority over your other responsibilities in life. At b9bd, we place the highest importance on the mental wellbeing and financial security of all our players.
Our platform has several tools and features to help you manage your gaming habits. From deposit limits to self-exclusion — everything is right at your fingertips.
Please note: b9bd is for players aged 21 and above only. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your family life, career, or financial situation in any way, contact our support team today. We are always here for you.

Our Safety Tools
Deposit limit
You can set how much money you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once you set a deposit limit on b9bd, it will not be possible to deposit beyond that amount — it is the most effective way to keep your budget in check.
Self-exclusion
If you feel you need a temporary break from gaming, use the self-exclusion feature. Your account can be temporarily closed for a set period — such as 1 week, 1 month, or longer. During this time you will not be able to log in.
Time-Out Feature
Been playing for a long time in one sitting? The time-out feature helps you take a short-term break. Take a time-out from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks — during this period no betting activity will take place on your account.
Betting History Review
To help you understand your gaming patterns, b9bd gives you full access to view your betting history. Regularly review how much time and money you have spent and make decisions accordingly.
Account Closure Option
If you want to stop gaming permanently, let our support team know. We will close your account for good and no promotional communications will be sent to you in the future.
24/7 Support Service
Talk to our support team at any time about any gaming-related concerns. Reach us via live chat or email at [email protected] — we help in both Bengali and English.
Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming
If any of the following signs are visible in you or someone you know, it may indicate a gaming problem. It is important to seek help in time.
Repeatedly playing to recover lost money and being unable to stop.
Spending household money or borrowing money to play.
Hiding gaming activity from family or friends.
Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when unable to game.
Gaming while neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities.
Repeatedly trying and failing to stop gaming.
Golden Rules for Safe Gaming
Experienced players at b9bd follow these rules — give them a try yourself.
- Set a budget before gaming and do not go beyond that limit.
- See gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
- Avoid gaming when you are angry, frustrated, or under stress.
- Set a time limit — do not play for long stretches in one sitting.
- Losing is normal — do not place extra bets to chase your losses.
- Avoid gaming entirely when under the influence of alcohol or substances.
- Talk openly about gaming with family and friends.
- Make regular use of the deposit limit and time-out features.
Age Restrictions & Protection Measures
Minor Protection
b9bd is for players aged 21 and above only. Age is verified during account creation. We strictly ensure that no minor is able to game on our platform.
If there are children or teenagers in your household, use a PIN lock or parental controls on your device and keep your account details secure.
How to Enable Safety Tools
Log in to your account on b9bd and go to the "My Account" section.
Find the "Responsible Gaming" option — all the tools are available there in one place.
Choose whichever you need — deposit limit, time-out, or self-exclusion.
If you cannot find a tool, write to us directly via live chat or at [email protected].
Mindful Gaming — Learn More
Gaming is a leisure activity — much like watching a film or eating out at a restaurant. Set a separate budget for it, an amount you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. Keep that budget in mind before you start playing on b9bd.
Many people believe that betting more will help recover lost money — this is a misconception. Each game's outcome is independent and does not depend on previous results. So avoid chasing losses.
b9bd's fair play policy ensures that all our games are operated in a fair and verifiable manner. Your financial information is kept fully secure with SSL encryption. We never encourage you to play beyond your set limits.
Remember — winning and losing are both part of gaming. The goal should be to have fun, not to win a specific amount. Set your own limits and stick to them — that is what defines a responsible player.
The Role of Family & Loved Ones
If you want to support someone close to you with a gaming problem, keep the following in mind:
- Talk with empathy rather than criticism.
- Encourage other leisure activities in place of gaming.
- Encourage them to seek professional help — it is not a sign of weakness.
- Maintain transparency in family financial decisions.
- You can also reach out to the b9bd support team yourself.
