These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the b9bd platform and all its services. By accessing the b9bd website (https://b9bd.lat) and any associated applications or services, or by registering an account, you are giving your full agreement to these Terms.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using b9bd's services.

Important: These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. Please read the entire document carefully. If you have any questions, contact us.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the b9bd platform. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age at registration will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. b9bd has the ability to detect multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or identity and will take immediate action in such cases.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including:

  • Full legal name (as per your National ID card)
  • Correct date of birth
  • A valid and active mobile number
  • A valid email address (where applicable)
  • Correct current address

Providing false or misleading information may result in b9bd suspending or closing your account at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

b9bd may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when required for security purposes. Documents may include a copy of your National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. b9bd reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your account details with any third party, and do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the b9bd support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account, unless it can be proven that the activity in question resulted from a fault on b9bd's own part.

Tip: Use a strong password for security — combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Change your password regularly.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into b9bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (notable banks: Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank).

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (via any method)
  • Deposits are generally reflected in your account instantly
  • Deposits must be made from your own payment account — deposits from third parties are not accepted
  • b9bd does not charge any commission on deposit amounts; however, the payment provider's own charges may apply

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
  • Standard withdrawals take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete
  • Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed
  • Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met

b9bd reserves the right to investigate suspicious or unusual withdrawal requests. In such cases, additional documents or information may be requested.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the b9bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.

Please note: Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. The time limit for completing the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is awarded.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer has its own conditions, which are listed on the promotions page
  • Bonuses are for personal use only — the same bonus cannot be claimed across multiple accounts
  • b9bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
  • Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure
  • Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from a bonus are withdrawable, and only after the wagering requirement has been met

All games on the b9bd platform are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures the impartiality of results. Each game outcome is entirely independent and not influenced by previous results.

b9bd uses SSL encryption technology to keep user data and transactions secure. All financial information is stored in accordance with the highest security standards.

If a technical issue or error occurs during gameplay, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned. b9bd is not liable for losses arising from software or connectivity issues; however, in justified cases, a resolution will be provided following a proper review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b9bd platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity
  • Placing bets strategically for the purpose of claiming bonuses (bonus abuse)
  • Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform
  • Coordinating with other users to place fraudulent bets (collusion)
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
  • Playing with funds belonging to a third party
  • Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, b9bd reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action where necessary.

b9bd believes gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not addiction. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

  • Never place bets beyond your means
  • Take regular breaks and set time limits on your gaming
  • Do not view gaming as a solution to financial problems
  • Do not prioritise gaming over relationships with family and friends

b9bd never sells your personal information to third parties. Data is used solely for the purpose of operating the service, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations.

The b9bd platform is provided on an "as is" basis. b9bd will not be held liable for the following:

  • Games or transactions interrupted due to loss of internet connection
  • Losses caused by a fault in the user's own device or software
  • Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers
  • Unforeseen technical events, such as server downtime or cyber attacks
  • Situations arising from the suspension of an account or service in accordance with applicable law

In any claim, b9bd's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

11.1 Closure at the User's Own Request

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time. Please contact us through the support team. All valid withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.

11.2 Account Closure by b9bd

b9bd may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Providing false information
  • Failure or refusal to complete identity verification
  • Legal obligations or regulatory directions
  • Long-term inactive accounts (generally 12 months or more)

In cases of closure due to a breach of Terms, balances may be forfeited. In other cases, valid balances will be returned.

b9bd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through appropriate means (by email or via a notice on the platform).

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published means you have accepted those updated terms. You are therefore encouraged to visit this page regularly.

The date on which the updated terms take effect will be clearly stated at the top of this page under the "Last Updated" section.
